LOSE THE FUR...

I am often asked by blushing “tri newbie” clients why I shave my legs? And when a major event or a hot race is coming, and I have shaved off my arm, leg, head, and even chest hair, I really get a lot of questions! Many of my friends ask why I am shaved down like an Olympic swimmer, others just point and laugh. Some cyclists shave their legs and many do so believing the popular myth that pro cyclists shave their legs for “speed” gains.
