In the late 70s and early 80s before she met her husband, Tom Miler, Heidi Keller used to write, in her best cursive, in her diary: "Heidi Bono," and "Heidi Keller-Bono" and "Mrs. Heidi Bono."
More than a quarter century later Team Minnesota's Heidi Keller-Miler is happily married and has three beautiful and talented children: Madison, 15, Casey, 12, and Austin, 10. The crush she had on U2 frontman Bono has de-intensified somewhat, enough that Tom no longer considers the Irish rock legend to be a threat, in spite of the fact that his wife will not miss any U2 concert that happens to be staged within 2000 miles of the Twin Cities.
Tom Miler has learned to live with the fact that his significant other is a, gulp, groupie.
As you'll learn when you read the bio of the 2007 Minnesota Master of the Year, she is, well, a hoot. You definitely want to party with this woman. She's a hyper, ever-smiling, fun loving people person who adores movies, lively conversation and copious quantities of good Belgian lager (Stella Artois preferably) with which she can wash down her favorite foods: pizza (St. Cloud's "House of Pizza" is her first choice) and donuts.

ause I absolutely hate trying to get back in shape in that sport, 2,500 5-6 days a week plus I have a really nice swim group and I miss them when I don't go. Also swimming gives you the good cardio workout with out beating up the legs and since I have been battling hamstring issues for a number of years it is a good way to stay fit without the pounding. As far as running right now I am trying to get a base going after a long lay off and mix in some light speed work so I can
handle all the racing - my running is usually the first thing to go. I haven't looked at my bike since I got off it at the Brewhouse tri in August (ooops) and will start on the trainer in January.
